As we embrace the shift into a nu season bursting with new possibilities, I find myself creating more space to slow down and tune in to me. As shifts and ebbs and flows move us into new phases we may find ourself embracing nu feelings. The throws of transition can often present conflicts that test the strength of our habits, connections and comfort zone. In the heat of the moment, it’s tempting to to question whether another cares about how you feel - however in this present moment I’d like to ask : Do you care about how you feel? Are you emotionally available to yourself?
This week I invite us all to create the time to pause and intentionally connect with our inner feeling field to simply observe what may be going on in there.
Perhaps you will allow the Abundaverse Sacral Center Meditation to serve you in this activity of self assessment and feel free to share how you feel about it. After all feelings are meant to be felt and if we can create the time to really feel perhaps we can open nu paths to really deal with the roots of our conflicts both within and without.
It is my prayer that you find your authentic path and steadily ascend in your own life garden. Perhaps this intentionally crafted seed from my garden can assist you in feeling groovy about what you have to harvest in yours.
