Peace and Power Dear Soul,
It is a rainy day rising in sweet Savannah Ga and I’d like to kick of this weeks dose of the remedy with a good word.
I have been in meditation with this psalm lately as I embrace the inner call to expand. For those of you who have invested in your copy of my first book, Abundaverse: The Remedy, you know how I feel about trees and the majesty they bring to my life inspirience. I love how the psalmist brings our reflection to a tree planted by streams of water that I imagine to be deeply nourished, healthy and perfectly positioned to bear its fruit in season.
I have been called to expand many times before and I can recall in times past the feeling of all manner of emotions. Often times I have felt courageous, yet I am also reminded of times where I felt unsure, not ready, or the imposter feels that certainly do not nourish my dreams, plans, or purpose in this life garden. I give thankhs for those moments and the wisdom I have harvested to sit with and transmute those feelings to align with THE TRUTH. The fact is, no matter where I am called to grow, even if I have never grown in that particular manner before, this Psalm reminds me that if I stick to the script of Most High’s instructions, my leaves will not wither and what ever I do will prosper.

The Next Drum Circle
I am so blessed to see the drum circles that I facilitate really picking up momentum and I just want to let you know that the next one will be FREE for the community and a celebratory part of the Summer Reading Kickoff Party happening at Bull Street Library June 7th 2025! The kick off starts at 10 am and the drum circle will take place at 11:30am. I hope to see your face in the place!
