This week I have found remedy in creating moments to take slow deep breaths. I breathe to connect with Most High. I breathe to acknowledge how grateful I am that I can. I breathe in solidarity with my fellow beings who may be experiencing pain, or shortness of breath. I breathe and it helps me be still, and know that I am a daughter of the Most High and that everything is alright.
Take a breath with me and injoy intentional guidance to nurture and clear your energetic seat of perception, the first eye.
