As the sun shined us into the summer solstice, I have been buzzing like a bee tending to the blessings blooming in my life garden. June brought much to manage and as I create time to reflect, rest, and restore - I feel supremely grateful to have juggled all the ABUNDA-goodness with ABUNDA-grace.

Since we last connected, I have been blessed to curate two well received and supremely powerful community drum circles. Each circle is unique but these two featured potent contributions and affirmations from our youth which has inspired me beyond measure.

I have been featured on the local news a handful of times, and blessed to balance the preparation and delivery of a musical performance with my band and I as we headlined our first festival! Our performance offering was well received and stamped with the love and support of Mayor Van Johnson.

I feel so supported and was blessed to be surprised by ABUNDA family members who drove hours from Florida just to surprise me and enjoy the set!
As if the blessings weren’t already over flowing…While I was preparing, rehearsing, performing, and juggling all this goodness, Dear Souls like you were continuing to vote for me to win the opportunity to perform at that Global Citizens Festival happening in NY Central Park this September.

The Gift
To whom much is given, much is required and I should have known that I was in for an expansive treat when Most High entrusted me with the mission of ABUNDAVERSE. I remember experiencing the highest heights of my modeling career while simultaneously experiencing the depths of my empty feels and utter confusion. I did all the steps, earned all the gold stars, and even with each career accomplishment my aching heart felt puzzled wondering why I felt unfulfilled.
This past week as I performed and facilitated abunda celebrations for Juneteenth, I felt full with the deep resolve of arrival. My life journey isn’t about the material stuff or the validation of others. My joy is my own and cannot be disturbed by circumstances, or the approval or disapproval of other dear souls. This Juneteenth I felt liberated into the awareness that no matter what is expected of or projected toward me, I am my own validation and my connection with the Source in me is my eternal cause to rejoice.
